INGREDIENTS: 🌿 500g asparagus, trimmed and peeled (if desired) 🌿 3 cloves garlic, crushed 🌿 3 slices fresh lemon 🌿 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 🌿 2 tbsp olive oil 🌿 1/4 tsp salt 🌿 Pinch of black pepper . INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat the oven to 180˚C 2. Mix all the other ingredients into a small bowl and brush evenly onto the asparagus spears. 3. Transfer the asparagus spears onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread them evenly and place the lemon slices and crushed garlic on top. 4.
